Silk screen printing is a traditional overprint method that allows you to print single colour inks on to a wide range of substrates. We can layer up-to 6 coloured inks to produce a high quality complex image depending on the requirements of your logo, brand or artwork.
Silk screen printing method is widely used in the production of branded clothing or garment printing. Screen printing doesn't stop at clothing, we are able to print your designs on to a number of different materials like napkins, paper bags, fabric bags, plastic, wood and even metals.
Much like the lithographic printing process, screen printing requires a more complex setup and is therefore best reserved for producing larger quantities. This will be the most cost effective method, however we are able to produce smaller runs if required.
The screen printing method uses accurate inks to produce vibrant colours and high quality end results. When compared to a direct-to-garment printer, screen print returns a much better finish and is also very durable and hard wearing.
